People ask if I'm an art therapist. I'm not. I'm an addictions counselor-turned artist.
I integrate counseling tools for self-discovery into my expressive art workshops.
Workshops can run up to 2 hours. Zoom, outdoor or on location workshops are available.
“I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn’t say any other way—things I had no words for.” — Georgia O’Keeffe
On location workshops either at your home with a small group of family or close friends or at outdoor open nature locations such as beaches and parks.
Inspired by nature while creating art.
These talented ladies call themselves the "Picasso Group" They had a wonderful time painting during an on-location workshop.
